RCD organized a panel discussion with Senator Paul van den Reich, President of the IPU Belgian Group. At the session of the Belgian Senate in Brussels, it has discussed the intellectual and cultural transformations that have resulted from the emergence of ISIS and the threat it posed to many countries in the Middle East in the past few years. The meeting also touched on the next phase that Iraq will be after the near victory over ISIS . Mr. Zaid Al-Talaqani, Chairman of RCD, stressed the importance of the participation of the European Union countries in providing international and logistical support to Iraq to strengthen its democratic experience and rebuild its liberated areas.
