Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Holds a Dialogue Session at RCD
The Minister of Labor and Social Affairs, Dr. Adel al-Rikabi, confirmed in a lecture delivered at RCD in the holy city of Najaf, the high rate of unemployment in the provinces and the lack of a clear identity of the Iraqi Economy to whether it is socialist or capitalist. Al-Rikabi added that among the problems that affected the national employment was the entry of foreign employment in many fields.

RCD Hosts British Ambassador to Iraq Stephen Hickey
RCD has held a dialogue session entitled (Iraqi-British Relations: Reality and Prospects of Cooperation). During the session, the UK ambassador to Iraq Stephen Hickey delivered a lecture on the nature of the relation between the UK and Iraq, and about the role of the British government and its support, whether in the economic, industrial or militant field.
