After Iraq entered the totalitarian regime, which, of course, imposes its values and ideas, which are usually characterized by unilateralism and cruelty; It is inevitable that this will be reflected in the overall situation of the country, especially its citizens. This leads to the exacerbation of a set of values that leave its impact on the practice of a new system of government, which is a reversal of the old concepts to a degree completely contrasting to it.
