RCD organized a meeting with Nick Westcott, Director General of the Middle East and North Africa Department of the European Commission, as part of its dialogue activities in the European Union countries, which took place at the Commission's headquarters in Brussels. During the meeting, which was attended by a group of managers and specialists in the affairs of the Middle East, it has   talked about the role that the European Union can play in supporting and developing the democratic process in Iraq. The EU High Commission is run by Mrs. Federica Mogherini and has 139 official missions in Iraq and the rest of the world.
