In order to establish new methods for intellectual cross-fertilization and cultural openness to the experiences of the States of the European Union, RCD has concluded an agreement with the Belgian Royal Institute for International Relations to sign a future memorandum of understanding to share intellectual activities between the two parties.

RCD has signed an agreement with the Royal Belgian Institute for International Relations to sign a future memorandum of understanding to share intellectual activities between the two parties. This was during the visit organized by the delegation of RCD to the Institute's headquarters in Belgian capital of Brussels, Mr. Marc Otte, Director General at Royal Institute, explained that the Institute is working to invest the culture of dialogue and negotiation in the consolidation of the foundations of international relations and develop it. Mr. Zaid Al-Talaqani, Chairman of RCD, said that RCD today has achieved significant success in being an accredited representative of the views of the majority of political elites that are at the center of the democratic experience in Iraq.
