As part of its cultural and intellectual activities in the European Union States, a delegation of RCD organized a visit to the headquarters of both of International Court of Justice and the International Criminal Court in the Dutch political capital, the Hague, where they met with selected scholars and specialists in international law.

As part of its cultural and intellectual activities in the European Union countries , a delegation of RCD organized a visit to the headquarters of both of International Court of Justice and the International Criminal Court in the Dutch political capital, the Hague, where the delegation met with a group of researchers and specialists in international law as Dr. Emeric Rogier, Head of Analysis at the Office of the Prosecutor,  Romina Morello, Legal Advisor and Human Rights Specialist, Mr. Matias Hellman, International Relations Advisor, and Paolo Proli, Legal Assistant to the European Court of Human Rights. Several issues were discussed, most notably the crimes perpetrated by ISIS against civilians and the need for international justice to take its actions with perpetrators of these crimes. RCD has agreed with officials of the International Criminal Court on the importance of activating the law of international courts for terrorists who belongs to the members’ state of International Criminal Court.
