Chairman of RCD Meets with Inspector General of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research

As part of the communication program with the government agencies and institutions that RCD is keen to carry out, chairman of RCD met with the Inspector General of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research at its headquarters in Baghdad.
As part of the communication program with the government agencies and institutions that RCD is keen to carry out, Mr. Zaid Al-Talaqani met with Dr. Essam Al-Saadi, the Inspector General of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research at the ministry's headquarters in Baghdad.
Al-Talaqani presented a summary of activities of RCD and the Forum that to be held in September 2019 in Baghdad.
Dr. Al-Saadi praised the advanced positions held by RCD among the most important research and study centers in the region, expressing his willingness to coordinate and deal positively with the RCD's dissertations and the outputs of its dialogues, which were resulted from the scientific efforts, and the specialized and advanced researches.
