Within its endeavor to strengthen relations and consolidate cooperation with various state institutions for building and drawing public policy for various sectors, RCD is continuing to expand the prospect of dialogue,  especially after the successes achieved in various fields. In this regard, it sought to support the political process and develop its mechanisms as reflected in the government's performance for more than one level.

Within this framework, and for achieving integration between the institutions and think tanks around the world,  Mr. Zaid Al-Talaqani and RCD members a held meeting with Mr. Hamid Al-Ghazzi, Secretary General of the Council of Ministers in Baghdad. It was agreed to expand cooperation between the two parties and create a suitable platform from all theses and ideas resulting from RCD's outcomes. These outcomes will be utilized for the departments and state of institutions, concomitant with the great development witnessed by the country in the field of civil society and the work of the State.

Al-Talaqani also presented the intention of  RCD to hold a forum in next September in Baghdad, reviewing some of its activities, and the importance the topics that will be discussed. Al-Ghazzi expressed his readiness to coordinate and cooperate with RCD and develop a common mechanism of action to serve the public sector in all fields, confirming  his presence and participation in the forum.
