A delegation of RCD, headed by Mr. Zaid Al-Talaqani met with leaders, senior officials and decision-makers in the Iraqi capital Baghdad. He met with Mr. Hassan Al Kaabi, First Deputy Chairman of the Iraqi Council of Representatives, and Dr. Haider Al-Abadi, former Iraqi Prime Minister and Head of Victory Bloc, each one individually.

The meetings were held to enhance cooperation and means of utilizing the  scientific research outcomes and visions, and use them for the benefit of institutions and government agencies.

On the other hand, both of Mr. Al-Kaabi and Mr. Al-Abadi welcomed the participation and attendance at the RCD Security and Economy Forum to be held at the end of this month with a large and distinguished international and local presence.
