Mr. Zaid Al-Talaqani, Chairman of RCD, received a letter of Acknowledgment  from Dr. Ahmed Ousal, Chairman of the Middle East Studies Center (ORSAM) in Ankara, in which he expressed his gratitude for the hospitality, generosity and courtesy, which he presened it during his presence at RCD Forum 2019 - Baghdad. Mr. Ousal also expressed in his letter his readiness to enhance cooperation in the cultural, intellectual and scientific fields in order to achieve the common interests between the two countries and the Iraqi and Turkish brotherly peoples.

Al-Talaqani also received a letter of thanks and appreciation from Dr. Abdul Aziz bin Othman bin Saqr, Head of the Gulf Research Center, on the occasion of the success of RCD Forum 2019-Baghdad and the cultural movement that resulted in useful views that contribute to finding solutions to Iraq’s issues, wishing success for the efforts of RCD.

It is noting that RCD had held its annual conference in Baghdad for the period from 3-6 February, in the presence of a large group of important scientific and strategic research centers from various countries of the world as well as international and local political and academic figures to discuss the situation in the region and Iraq for the first time after years of marginalization.
