The 7th  session of RCD Forum 2019-Baghdad discussed the government program, the possibility of apply it , the obstacles face its implementation, the government's plan of action, and the possibilities of its success. It also discussed the challenges facing their achievements, where a selection of Iraqi and international officials and researchers at the centers of strategic studies around the world have been taken part :

The British Ambassador said that Iraq can play a vital role in the international and regional issues, and I believe there is a balance of relations with the neighborhood”.  After that, Dr. Laith Kubba said that there can be no reform if there is no social pressure, and that Iraq is entering a new stage in the political process and the regional situation now, and needs a time to regain the importance and the previous leadership of the region, which lasted for more than ninety years. While Michael Knights said the new government must work effectively, and for the Iraqi army carried out many humanitarian actions during the war against ISIS. Dr. Harith Hassan added that Iraq today has military relations with alliances that did not have like it before, and we should be as a team and work together to reduce the dangers of the region through cooperation between the security forces and popular mobilization and counter-terrorism with the countries of the region such as Turkey, Syria and Iran.

The achievements of RCD Forum as sharing and exchanging ideas between the official and the researchers of Iraq and the international one, gave a great moral value to the outputs and conclusions of scientific accuracy, which provides the political process with successful experiences in the developed world and this is one of the most important objectives of the Forum.
