RCD  Hold a Number of Agreements and Memorandum of Understanding  with a Number of Local and International Think Tanks that will Participate in the RCD Annual Forum in February 2019. One of the most important participants in the forum is Chatham House Institute, officially known as the Royal Institute of International Relations in London, as well as Konrad Adenauer Foundation (KAS), one of the most important political institutions in Germany. RCD administration  also agreed on a joint workshop with the East-West Institute (EWI) in Brussels, which is specialized in building trust and avoid conflicts between the parties. It was also agreed with Madre Foundation of the United States, to address the issue of violence against women, as a partner of RCD, in its quest for community peace in Iraq.

In addition, the Middle East Research Institute  (MERI) in Erbil, which has been a partner of RCD, will participate in several programs. While it was agreed with the American University in Iraq – Sulaymaniyah (AUIS) to participate in the Forum, which is the first cooperation between the University and RCD.

It is noteworthy that (RCD Forum - Baghdad 2019) will be held in the period from 3-5 February at Al-Rashid Hotel in Baghdad, in the presence of the three Iraqi presidencies, as well as number of ministers and political figures. The forum will also include a number of influential political and intellectual figures in decision-making on the Iraqi issue from the US, Russia, KSA, Iran and Turkey. The forum will aim to promote dialogue and intellectual debate on the most important topics related to the Iraqi reality such as reconstruction and reconciliation, combating extremism, good governance , activating the role of women and others.
