RCD is preparing to announce the launching of RCD Forum 2019-Baghdad, which is the first of its kinds in Iraq, on Monday 4 February at 8:30 am, after the logistical, technical and protocol preparations have been accomplished at all the levels, with the participation of delegations from 22 countries over the world.

The forum will be held with the participation of high-level local, international, and academics elites, and important and influential strategic international research centers. It aims at reviewing the important and influential policies around the world, discussing various issues related to the security, economic, energy,  education, and other important parts of research by scientific and accurate vision, that help to develop state institutions for the public interest.

It is noteworthy that RCD forum plans to discuss the issues of Iraq and the region for the first time from Iraq, after many years of absence and marginalization, which is a step towards the restoration of its leading role in the region.
