The Konrad Adenauer Foundation (KAS) and Al-Rafidain Center for Dialogue RCD have signed a cooperation agreement to organize RCD Forum 2019-Baghdad, to be held at Al Rasheed Hotel for the period from 3-5 February.
RCD Forum 2019-Baghdad, the first of its kind to be held in Baghdad, will attended by senior Iraqi government officials, regional and international officials and members of parliament, as well as scientists and researchers from major research centers and universities inside and outside Iraq.

"We are delighted to be participating in RCD Forum 2019-Baghdad Iraq," said Laure Maysa Farajallah, program director at the Konrad Adenauer Foundation in Syria and Iraq. "This is an important milestone and highlights KAS's various programs in Iraq." Moreover, RCD Forum 2019 - Baghdad is a golden opportunity to meet the political leadership in Iraq, as well as decision-makers in the Iraqi government, NGOs, researchers and businessmen.
In turn, Mr. Farhad Alaadin, Chairman of the Organizing Committee of RCD Forum 2019 in Baghdad, said that we are very excited to work with KAS as part of the upcoming RCD Forum in Baghdad. Furthermore, KAS is one of the leading and most competent research institutions in Iraq, which has helped many governmental and non-governmental organizations in the field of capacity building and training programs. KAS has a long record of accomplishment and extensive experience in working with many countries, including Iraq, over the last 50 years. The foundation is going to be a contributing partner in the next forum of RCD.
