Minister of Planning Dr. Khaled Battal Al-Najim holds a Symposium at RCD
In regard with the private sector, the minister presented the problem of the state’s dealings with the private sector and the need to free its hand and trying not to be restricted by the government bureaucracy, in addition to the control of the bourgeois classes (as it described by the minister) as well as the widespread corruption that prevents the private sector from working well, or undermines its ability to contribute for supplying the various sectors that already suffer from a severe shortage of resources.
