A qualitative dialogue session with Mr. Ramon Blecua, EU Ambassador to Iraq, Juan José Escobar, the Spanish Ambassador, in which there were discussions about Europe plans in providing strategic support for the reconstruction of Iraq, the reformation of the government sectors, fighting the radical ideologies, and limiting the spread of Salafism.
