Professor Diaa Al-Assadi discussed the criteria and regulations that will govern the formation of future alliances leading to the formation of the government, in addition to clarifying the regulations that the next government should follow in accordance with the vision put forward by His Eminence Sayyid Muqtada Al-Sadr.
