A lecture on the elections of the Kurdistan Parliament (September 2018), which takes on special importance because it takes place under a set of variables including the one-year anniversary of the independence referendum, the period of negotiations to form the Iraqi government, as well as the presence of new political leaders in the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK) and the Kuran movement, the lecture was a review of the previous parliamentary elections in the region as well as an analysis of the political variables affecting the Kurdistan region in light of the recent parliamentary elections.
