A legal reading of the reality and future of the Iraqi judiciary in all its aspects, highlighting the regulations and legislation related to the judiciary and the judge, the judge’s status and his rights, the guarantee of the judiciary independence and the independence of the judge himself and his rights, and state funding for him without his dependence on that funded authority, as in states that witness the seperation between the three authorities.
