RCD dialogues are always full of hope, as discussions were made about today’s Iraqi promising Youth that is interested in knowledge and culture, which was compared with the youth advancement that happened in 1990s. Moreover, the interlocutors compared between the achievements of the political, secular and religious parties, distributing quotas of mistakes and failures that are, as seen by some, the responsibility of all those participating in the political process after 2003. Others pointed out to an imbalance in the government priorities of fighting corruption, as many of the state’s offices are of more corruption than the Electoral Commission, and priority should be given to that, in reference to the blurriness in the results of the voting session on the answers of the Electoral Commission.

In addition, a dangerous phenomenon was highlighted, represented in the continuous cases of abduction that happen in the Iraq and the negative effect of sectarian and political quota on the minorities in Iraq. Moreover, there were discussions about ways to develop the services of private banks and define the obstacles that prevent that. Also, a reference was made to the fact that the original concept of politics is based on justice and noble values, not injustice and deception. Lastly, clarifications were made about the new American role in Iraq represented in doing what they want indirectly through Iraqi independent actors.

Conclusions:

·         It is untrue to say that the Board of Commissioners is the basis of breaches, as most of the employees belong to or sympathize with the political parties.

·         There are regional goals and considerable interest in keeping Iraq weak, divided and preoccupied with its internal problems.

·         Advancement in all sectors of Iraqi economy cannot be achieved without activating the role of private banks.

Recommendations:

·         Biometric registration process must be completed, and the devices that speed up the announcement of the results must be introduced, and the manual procedures must be avoided to reduce the manipulation of the results of elections.

·         Iraqis should find the solution by themselves through a societal code of honor, rather than a political one, without depending on solutions from outside.

·         To support the banking sector in general, especially in field of modern technologies in implementing works, in addition to improving and diversifying the customer services.
