Weekly Dialogue Summery – 35th Week
In addition, a reference was made to the importance of the strategic mind and its role in tackling the leadership’s deviations in the Iraqi political field, and how the current government will succeed through the strategic mind in making strategic decisions and achieve the strategic victories, including all the field and political dimensions of the victory. Lastly, a discussion was made about upgrading the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in its work mechanisms, as well as opening a channel for the admission of the excellent employees to study in the Iraq universities.
Conclusions:
· Some work to expand the circle of problems and disagreements among the Iraqi factions, aiming at involving the personal score settling and benefits, and personifying the disagreements among the factions.
· The political fluctuations that happen in the neighboring states will influence Iraq depending on the way it reacts to those events.
· The essence of the political life is not the wars or disputes, but the trade, common interests and agreements to provide the best services to societies and maintain their security, which is the basis of the legitimate competition among the politicians.
· Most often, the Iraqi political thought restricts itself to the negative ideas such as existential threat and other (classics) resulted from the limited vision that prevents it from renewing the picture and philosophy of the modern politics.
· The strategic mind helps the government consolidating its various positions, prevents its deviation from the right tracks through facing all the challenges, and provides solutions that serve the Center and the Region.
Recommendations:
· All Iraqi parties must adopt foundations of cognitive dialogue that paves the way for a solid foundation to discuss and tackle the problems suffered by the country, adopting the civilized and intellectual soul when dealing with the controversial matters.
· It is useful for Iraq to distance itself from the current regional clashes, as all states are responsible for their choices and decisions; especially that Iraq was not part of the tensions and disputes that happened among these states.
· Iraq politicians must work according to the principle that hallows the general development in managing the state, and avoid the useless ethical approach in order to achieve positive results and solutions for the welfare of society, the health of political work and the sovereignty of the state.
· Iraqi politicians must look at the issues from the viewpoint and in terms of the state and its best strategic interests, which are more important than the interest of a particular faction, and benefit from the modern political experiences in the world and apply them on the Iraqi reality.
· The necessity to adopt a strategic approach to solve the problems in Iraq and restore its strength, which can be achieved through the application of the concept of strategic recovery in the next stage.
