Others agreed with the above opinion, describing it scientifically as (an organized disaster) that leads to administrative chaos and overlapping of powers and responsibilities, which means in the administration science that the organizational structure of the state is fragile, which leads no doubt to blocking the ideal application of the administration processes of the country.
Conclusions:
· Things are going contrary to what is being planned by the influential political parties, which means that the next days are full of important events that will leave a mark on the form of the political scene in Iraq.
· In Kuwait Conference, many emphasized on the possibility to achieve the beneficial investment in Iraq, which is a stimulus that must be a motivator for Iraq to benefit from the international support in this field.
· There are many political projections on Kuwait conference, for fear of being invested in the elections by specific parties. On the other hand, several remarks were overlooked, including the poor preparation of the conference.
· It is wrong to say that the ethics and politics are two parallel lines that cannot meet no matter how far they extend, and they are opposites that cannot meet in anyway.
· The crisis of water and environment in Iraq needs a radical reformation revolution to save Tigris and Euphrates, and to preserve the geographic nature that Iraq enjoys.
Recommendations:
· The call for a change to the best is a public demand, and judiciary must support this by holding the corrupted persons accountable; however, everybody must work to maintain order and the supremacy of law.
· The Iraqi government must perform its role on parallel with the international direction towards investment in Iraq through providing an appropriate environment to implement this investment, and through laws that are attractive to the foreign investor rather than expelling.
· Despite the modest results of the Kuwait Conference, it can be a start to involve the international community to perform its role in helping Iraq because it fought terrorism on behalf of the world.
· Politics meet ethics when it is a public concern, not a profession or mean to gain profits and trade in the suffering of people, according which the politicians must work for, as their responsibility is big towards the audience.
· The government must work to solve the problems of water issue in cooperation with the civil society organizations and the relevant international organizations.
