Others see that the rentier economy is the biggest corruption, and the cause behind the state sagging, the unemployment spread and the decline of the real sectors. The approval of ENOC law will be the beginning of correcting the work courses of the state through adopting corrective mechanisms such as distributing part of profits to the funds of constructions and poor classes. Some point out that the Ministry of Oil before 2003 was the body that implemented all the works of exploitation, well drilling, transporting and exporting the oil; however, what is strange is the suspension of its work after 2003 and giving license to foreign companies to do these works.
Conclusions:
· The corruption is one that some of the state’s offices, companies and persons do it; however, terrifying people and sow confusion among the society’s individuals, whether for intentional or unintentional purposes, is a more serious corruption.
· The disagreements between Baghdad and Erbil create geopolitical gap used by ISIS dangerously, threatening the security of Iraq in a way that must be put an end to without any delay.
· The interference of the Turkish troops militarily in Sinjar region will lead to unwanted consequences, shaking the security of the region for a long time, whose effects will be very difficult to reform.
· There are developments in the work of the Ministry of Oil that do not serve the interest of the country and does not lead to the preservation of the national wealth of the people, in addition to the huge weakness in the development of energy investment in Iraq, including natural gas extraction.
· Diversity is a strength in most of the societies in all cases, as diversity creates creativity and positive change in the society.
Recommendations:
· All Iraqis in their different sects must face the hate speech regardless of the body that adopts it, and work to publish a new national discourse in accordance with a unified and democratic Iraq.
· The government must clarify to the Turks that their entry to Sinjar would turn the tide against their interests, and they must realize that the security became a regional matter that extends from Iraq to the Turkish depth.
