Some people are raising the logo of nation building; however, those who really seek to build the nation do not look for personal gains, rather they establish the culture of (nation is above all), which is the characteristic of the loyal leaders. Those who have power must be humble, loving to others, reject the wrong and do not compromise the homeland and the rights of poor people, and they dedicate their power to defend the country and its people, and do not make it a scary obsession dominating the citizen’s mind.

An emphasis was also put on the fact that politics is not a goal but a mean to achieve specific ends, and it is good for these ends to be purely national, protecting the people’s interests and stop the occupiers, beneficiaries and spoilers. Also, the political stupidity and dependency turn the neighbors into enemies for satisfying specific bodies, which is unacceptable in the national intuition. What preceded must be a basis for those who want to adopt the discourse of nation building in their behavior.

Conclusions:

·         The model of the Iraqi successful leader must be courageous, influencer and has a high independence in making the national decision, without being influenced by any effects, whether directly or indirectly.

·         There is an incorrect usage of the social media and the digital world in general, which affects the value system that will be formed among the upcoming generations.

·         The increasing tribal conflicts, under the absence of the law authority, will lead to the worsening and emergence of uncontrolled groups, and they may use the tribal cover as a mean to do criminal activities.

·         There is a huge frustration among Iraqi young people, because they do not benefit from their university certificates in getting respectful job opportunities that provide them with a good standard of living.

·         Iraq needs a consciousness revolution that contributes in producing a positive national position, as the current reality reflects an old culture that makes the nationalism a mere logo that does not find a place on the ground.

Recommendations:

·         The powerful leader is a result of a national trans-sectarian and trans-partisan consensus, who achieves a balanced relation with the neighboring states and prevents any external interference.

·         Iraq needs to consolidate the educational institutions to transmit the correct societal culture to the generations and consolidate them against the waves of the cultural invasion, which can only be done with the conscious use of the digital technologies.

·         Tough actions must be taken against everyone who proves to be involved in the bloodshed of Iraqis or who threatens the security and safety of the society in general.

·         It is necessary to restore the status of the educational attainment and the academic certificates, through raising the level of living standard of the graduates by providing them with respectful job opportunities.

·         The real change needs positive and effective national positions, and this cannot be achieved but through the legal and national consciousness of the individuals of society, the officials and the politicians.
