Weekly Dialogue Summery – 71st Week
However, the wise Authority has clarified the reasons of the demonstrations frankly as a natural reaction of the prevalence of the corruption in all places and activities of the state, in addition to the weakness of the administration or the absence of the competent administration of the state, and the shortage of the services provided to the Iraqi citizen. Also, emphasis was put on the possibility of manipulating the demonstrations by several bodies inside and outside Iraq.
Conclusions:
· The alliances after the elections are one of the natural results that emerge after the announcement of the results; however, some deny it in different ways and with various adopted thoughts.
· The terrorism incubators are from some influential people of the ruling political parties, not from the simple people who were affected by terrorism in their regions.
· The regional territory of Iraq is embarking on a season and auction of deals and strategic projects, whose main objective is to change the pattern of Israel interference in the region.
· Each individual has the right to express his or her opinion freely and transparently, and to object as he or she deems appropriate, provided that they do not cross the legal and ethical frames.
· There is a radical and deep change in the courses of action of some Islamic parties, which can be described as a bold move that turns the party’s approach into different ideologies.
Recommendations:
· The alliances must be introduced in a way that the audience accept them, and the post-elections alliances must be productive and produce significant outcomes on the ground.
· It is the government’s duty to protect the society and the State’s entity from terrorism, whether the terrorists were normal people, influencers in the parties or others.
· The Iraqi government must have a neutral position away from the affiliation to any of the conflicting blocs in the region, as Iraq’s priorities in the meantime are building, eliminating corruption and preventing external interferences.
· The government must be a sponsor for the constitution and the Iraqi citizen’s rights, knowing that the freedom of expression was guaranteed by the Iraqi constitution. Therefore, it must be preserved and maintained.
· Renewing the intellectual and scientific courses of some parties is a good thing; however, it must be real and reflects the actual renewal of the work of those parties.
