Weekly Dialogue Summery – 95th Week
Some figuers pointed out to the concept of the civilized state and its components that guarantee the financial aspect, represented in the financial achievements, including means of communication and technology, which is known as civic. On the other hand, there is the moral side linked with the ideas, doctrines, arts and traditions, which is an expression of the culture components, while the civilization is the compound that combines both. Therefore, it is better to say civilized state instead of saying “civilian state”.
