The second study prepared by Al-Rafidain Center for Dialogue (RCD) came under the title “Tracing Iraqi Sovereign Debt through Defaults and Restructuring", authored by Simon Henriksson of the London School of Economics and Political Science, translated into Arabic language by Ali Al Haris of RCD Research and Development department.
