Dr. Hasan Al-Zubaidi pointed out that the Higher Education in Iraq suffers from problem of incompatibility between the developmental requirements of workforce and the number and quality of graduates. Al-Zubaidi added that there is a gap between the theoretical and practical steps that taken by Higher Education and the work and studies that society expects to be in the public interest and contribute in correcting tracks, especially for state agencies and service institutions. 

It is worth mentioning that RCD, through its Research departments and Advisory Body, prepared a group of studies and research that were published on most of the specialized websites, in a sequential manner; which tackled a future vision and accurate diagnoses of the Iraqi reality in various disciplines, specially that concerns the fiscal status and Covid-19 pandemic impact on the Iraqi economy and other fields.
