Meaningful discussions with Dr. Fouad Masoum, the President of the Republic, on the draft of “National Reconciliation” project prepared by the precedency of the Republic of Iraq in order to contribute in examining the project and its implementation to rebuild the Iraqi fabric and consolidating the national unity concepts.
