The Research and Development Department of Al-Rafidain Center for Dialogue RCD issued the sixteenth study under the title “Structuralism, Strategic Culture and the Iraq War” by the French writer Toby Lauterbach from Bordeaux University, and translated from the French language by Hasan Hadi Salman.

The writer started his study by defining the strategic and constructivism culture, taking Iraq the starting point for the analysis, providing an explanation of Iraq war from a structural point of view, considering the standard transforming in the cultural thoughts within the U.S. strategy a reason for Iraq invasion, then moved to the specified basics for the interests, political assistance, successful persuasion and National Security plans of 2002.    

 

The importance of Iraq war and the prevailing political and economic circumstances worthy to take the attention of readers, thus RCD is keen to translate and publishes the researches of importance and intellectual and knowledge diversity, to enrich the scientific library in the country and aboard.
