The cadres of Al-Rafidain Center for Dialogue RCD have completed the printing and publishing of the eighteenth study under the title: “The Populist Mobility and the Tyrannical Oligarchy- Will the new revolutionary generation be able to produce a civil state in Iraq?” authored by Dr. Daham Mohammed Al-Azzawi, the political advisor in the Ministry of Planning.

The author explained the cultural values and the limits of the concept of Populism and its spread, the motives, characteristics, outputs and results of the populist mobility, then moved to tackle what he called “a new populist generation”, with an outlook on the post-mobility period

The October Uprisings represented a clear struggle between the political elite and the pulverized masses, which the author called (the Iraqi Oligarchy), whose influence is based on partisan, clan and bureaucratic forces. The study suppose that the continuation of estrangement between the authority and angry masses will make Iraq be in a critical situation.
