Al-Rafidain Center for Dialogue (RCD) held a discussion session on the topic of "Criminal Protection from the Spread of Narcotics: Judicial and Executive Applications." The event featured lectures Dr. Diaa Muslim Ghaibi, Associate Dean of the College of Law at the University of Kufa, and Colonel Mufid al-Tahir, spokesperson for the Najaf Police Directorate. The session was moderated by Professor Dr. Jawad Kadhim Smeisim, Executive Director of Al-Rafidain Center. It took place at the Center's Al-Salam Hall in the presence of a distinguished and elite audience.

The session addressed several important themes, including an examination of the dangers of the spread of narcotics in the country, the underlying causes, and the risks they pose to the Iraqi people. The discussion also covered the role of the law, the judiciary, and security institutions in curbing the spread of narcotics. The session included several interventions and questions from the attendees.
