The discussion focused on the critical importance of reforming sports infrastructure and developing institutional management within the sector.

The speakers highlighted that the primary obstacles facing Iraqi sports are administrative and organizational in nature rather than a lack of talent. They emphasized that internal divisions within sports institutions have negatively impacted overall performance.

This session is part of RCD’s ongoing endeavors to discuss ways to advance sports and youth projects. The ultimate goal is to formulate a national strategic vision for sports development and ensure the efficient management of athletic cadres.
