As part of its continuous efforts to publish specialized studies on strategic and security affairs, Al-Rafidain Center for Dialogue (RCD) has announced the release of a new book titled The Iraqi Military Institution: Paths of Construction and Reorganization Requirements (2003-2020).

Authored by Retired Major General Dr. Imad Alou Al-Rubaie, the book offers a deep dive into the evolution of Iraq's defense sector.
