The Al-Rafidain Center for Dialogue (RCD) has concluded a joint cooperation agreement with the Iraqi National Security Advisory / National Joint Planning Center, aimed at strengthening the research and strategic partnership between intellectual institutions and sovereign security agencies.

The ceremony took place in Baghdad, attended by:

·        Prof. Dr. Asaad Kadhim Shabib, Executive Director of RCD.

·        Dr. Ali Abdul Aziz Al-Yasiri, Director of the National Joint Planning Center. They were joined by a delegation of officials and researchers from both parties.

The agreement focuses on several core points to serve the public interest:

·        Exchange of Expertise: Enhancing cooperation in strategic studies and national security issues.

·        Knowledge Production: Joint coordination in preparing and publishing rigorous strategies and research.

·        Joint Activities: Organizing conferences, seminars, and workshops to develop public policies.

This signing serves as an extension of the series of memoranda of understanding and cooperation that RCD concludes with various government and non-official institutions. It reflects the Center's endeavor to support state efforts and provide decision-makers with actionable strategic visions.
