A joint cooperation program was established between Al-Rafidain Center for Dialogue (RCD) and the Foreign Service Institute of the Iraqi Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The signing ceremony took place at the Iraqi Ministry of Foreign Affairs building in Baghdad, in the presence of His Excellency, Ambassador Hisham Al-Alawi, the Undersecretary for Political Planning Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Dr. Hassan Latif Al-Zubaidi, the Executive Director of Al-Rafidain Center for Dialogue (RCD).

Through this joint cooperation program, both parties endeavor to enhance and develop collaboration, as well as to exchange expertise, research, and studies of mutual interest. The primary fields of focus include international relations, negotiations, and leadership strategies. The initiative also aims to establish activities that will illuminate significant issues, particularly those pertaining to Iraq's foreign relations.

Furthermore, the program emphasizes scholarly cooperation between the two institutions in the domains of research, strategic studies, and intellectual and cultural events. It seeks to strengthen the bonds of this collaboration in training, developmental, and academic spheres, and to entrench a culture of dialogue and national peace.

Al-Rafidain Center for Dialogue (RCD) is committed to forging partnerships and organizing cooperation agreements with distinguished institutions that contribute to the intellectual and scientific framework of Iraqi society. This is pursued in an effort to consolidate the principles of democracy, establish good governance, and elevate the prominence of Iraq in a manner befitting its status and influential international presence in the region and the world.
