Al-Rafidain Center for Dialogue (RCD) Signs Cooperation Agreement with the Federal Commission for the Allocation of Revenues

The signatories were the Center's Executive Director, Dr. Asaad Kadhim Shabeeb, and the President of the Commission, Ms. Suzan Abdullah. The ceremony was attended by senior personnel from both parties, including Dr. Amer Abd Zaid Al-Waeli, Director of the Research and Development Department at the Center; Mr. Wissam Al-Ghezzi, Director of the Press and Media Office; and Dr. Ahmed Al-Rubaie, Director of the Baghdad Office, alongside the senior staff of the Federal Commission for the Allocation of Revenues.
This agreement is designed to enhance collaboration through the exchange of expertise and the production of specialized studies and research. These efforts aim to improve the performance of official institutions and support governmental decision-making processes. Furthermore, the partnership will reinforce the oversight functions carried out by the Federal Commission for the Allocation of Revenues in its mission to combat corruption, prevent crimes involving the mismanagement of public funds, and promote the principles of transparency and integrity. This initiative is founded upon the vital role that research centers play in providing rigorous, science-based consultations and solutions to advance the public interest of the Iraqi state.
The formalization of this cooperation agreement with the Federal Commission for the Allocation of Revenues represents a continuation of Al-Rafidain Center for Dialogue (RCD)'s extensive engagement with other entities. It is one of dozens of such agreements the Center has established with governmental and non-governmental organizations, both nationally and internationally.
