Al-Rafidain Center for Dialogue (RCD) Participates in Conference on Energy and Food Security in Istanbul, Turkey

A delegation from Al-Rafidain Center for Dialogue (RCD) participated in the proceedings of the international scientific conference entitled "The Changing Dynamics of Energy, Environment, and Food Security in the Middle East." The conference was organized by the Center for Middle Eastern Studies (ORSAM) in collaboration with the Faculty of Political Science at Istanbul University in the Republic of Turkey, and was held from February 15 to 17, 2023.
The RCD delegation included Professor Dr. Asaad Kadhim Shabeeb and Dr. Mohammed Hussein Ali Mirza, both members of the Center's professional staff. They met with conference participants from Arab and Islamic nations and other countries from around the world. The delegation engaged in substantive dialogues concerning the security of energy corridors in the Gulf and North Africa. Furthermore, in response to the recent earthquake, the delegation expressed its solidarity by paying a special visit to the relief teams organized within the faculties of Istanbul University.
