Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al-Rafidain Center for Dialogue (RCD) receives the Pakistani ambassador to Iraq.

Mr Zaid Al-Talqani, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al-Rafidain Center for Dialogue (RCD), received the Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and Mr Ahmed Amjad Ali, in the presence of Mr Turhan Al-Mufti, Advisor to the Speaker of Parliament and a member of the Board of Directors of the Center, and Mr Muhammad Al-Bayati, Advisor for Programs and Projects Affairs at the Center. The discussion at the meeting focused on enhancing cooperation between research centres and strategic studies.
The two parties emphasised the importance of coordinating efforts to activate the agreement signed by Al-Rafidain Centre for Dialogue (RCD) and the Institute of Strategic Studies in Islamabad (ISSI) of the Pakistani Ministry of Foreign Affairs, as well as supporting cultural and scientific exchange projects between Iraq and the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, establishing twinning initiatives between academic and research institutions, and engaging in serious cooperation in the fields of knowledge exchange, science, and technology.
The Ambassador expressed his admiration and gratitude for the Centre due to its local and international activities and the success of its conferences, intellectual products, and international forums.
