A delegation from Al-Rafidain Center for Dialogue (RCD), headed by Dr. Ahmed Sami Al-Mamouri, the Center's Deputy Executive Director for Scientific Affairs, has visited the senior administrative staff of the Al-Alamein Institute for Graduate Studies. The RCD delegation also included Dr. Miqdam Al-Fayyadh, Director of the Research and Development Department, and Dr. Asaad Shabib, Director of the Administrative Affairs Department.

The visiting delegation was formally received by Dr. Muhammad Ali Bahr al-Uloom, Secretary-General of the Bahr al-Uloom Charitable Foundation; Professor Dr. Zaid Adnan Al-Akaili, Dean of the Institute; and the media specialist, Dr. Raji Naseer.

During the meeting, the two parties discussed prospects for joint cooperation in scientific and research fields. The RCD delegation presented an overview of the Center's activities in scientific research, international forums, and periodic sessions. Furthermore, it was proposed that a Memorandum of Understanding be signed between the Center and the Al-Alamein Institute to formalize their joint scientific and research collaboration and to maintain continuous engagement. This proposal is based upon the prior approval granted by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research for the conclusion of scientific agreements with the Al-Rafidain Center.

This visit is part of the periodic outreach conducted by representatives of Al-Rafidain Center for Dialogue (RCD) to key political, diplomatic, academic, and cultural figures, as well as to important centers and institutes. Such activities are integral to the Center's scientific and research mandate and its endeavor to discuss the most significant political, economic, social, cultural, and diplomatic issues.
