A delegation from Al-Rafidain Center for Dialogue (RCD), led by the Center's Executive Director, Professor Dr. Jawad Kadhim Smesim, has met with Mr. Mardan Al-Budairi, Director General of the Directorate of Education of Najaf Governorate. The meeting was also attended by Dr. Haider Tariq Shamkhi, a member of the Parliamentary Education Committee in the Iraqi Council of Representatives, and the senior staff of the Directorate. This visit was held within the framework of discussing significant educational issues and exchanging perspectives on improving the standard of education within the governorate.

The meeting explored methods for enhancing cooperation between educational and parliamentary institutions and research centers to ensure the provision of a suitable pedagogical environment for students. Discussions also addressed elevating the quality of educational services offered in Najaf, highlighting the challenges that confront the education sector in the governorate, and affirming the importance of implementing programs and projects designed to support the educational process.

Accompanying the Executive Director on this visit were Professor Dr. Asaad Shabib, Head of the Board of Advisors; Professor Dr. Miqdam Al-Fayyadh, Director of the Research and Development Department; Mr. Ahmed Al-Moussawi, Director of the Administrative Affairs Department; and Mr. Ibrahim Rasool, Head of the Follow-up Division.
