A delegation from Al-Rafidain Center for Dialogue (RCD), led by its Executive Director, Dr. Asaad Kadhim Shabeeb, has convened with Dr. Maher Hammad Johan, the Administrative Undersecretary of the Ministry of Planning and Development Cooperation. The meeting was also attended by several department heads from the Ministry. The RCD delegation included Dr. Amer Al-Waeli, Director of the Research and Development Department; Dr. Hassan Rabie, Director of the Department of Administrative, Financial, and Legal Affairs; and Dr. Ahmed Al-Rubaie, Director of the Baghdad Office.

During the meeting, the two parties discussed mechanisms for collaboration between Al-Rafidain Center for Dialogue and the various departments and centers within the Ministry of Planning and Development Cooperation. Discussions included the prospect of signing a memorandum of joint cooperation, intended to serve the public interest and facilitate the exchange of expertise and consultations.

This meeting is a component of Al-Rafidain Center for Dialogue's policy of sustained engagement with governmental and non-governmental institutions. Such efforts are integral to contributing to national development and progress and to promoting the mutual exchange of experience.
