Dr. Mike Knight made observations about ISIS rebuilding itself and the possible ways to prevent that. In his point of view, the monitoring of ISIS depends primarily on monitoring its operations and movements in the villages and neighborhoods, not in provinces and cities. Then, he stressed that the development of Iraqi security forces is the main way to prevent ISIS from returning.
