On Thursday, August 20, 2020, the Minister of Water Resources, Mr. Mahdi Rashid al-Hamdani, affirmed in a discussion session at Al-Rafidain Center for Dialogue (RCD) in the holy city of Najaf. The session aimed to establish a program to address dam maintenance and develop structural projects following new global standards. Mr. Rasheed asserted that his ministry is continuously working to confront external challenges and obstacles related to the water file, which is governed by a range of concepts and international conventions recognized by the international community.

On Thursday, November 28, 2018, Al-Rafidain Center for Dialogue (RCD) organized a symposium at its headquarters in Najaf titled "Administrative Leadership in Iraq: Approaches to Crisis and Solutions." The event was attended by the Senior Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior, Dr. Aqil al-Khazali, and a select group of leaders from the security services and administrative bodies in the governorate.
