The attendees have called for the police institution to operate outside politicization, and that police officers should have efficient use of computer, ensuring their access to an efficient external training. Similarly, the attendees have advocated that police service should reflect the legitimacy and it must be seen as a just and responsible service.
Some attendees have pointed out that the intelligence and forensic division should play an important role in police work by leading it. On the other hand, some argue that, in the appointment section of this corps, it is necessary for the candidates applying for police service to undergo a forensic examination, in addition to taking into consideration the existing officers’ recommendations, both active and retired, that reflect their experiences and notes in the workplace.
Among the things to be concerned about is that the police work should of a high transparency, through publishing information that include major crimes and freedom of information, as well as providing incentives to reduce bribery, which makes the police service gain the consent of citizens. They further appealed for the necessity for regular surveys inside the police corps, in order to notice the integrity of its employees and ensure fairness of this institution.
