Mr. Adnan Al-Zurfi expressed his support for the decentralization process in the event of the leader's meeting, which took place amongst the events of the RCD Forum 2019 - Baghdad. Also he praised the great role that Al-Abadi played in fighting ISIS, in addition to forming the Reform Coalition after taking his position as a prime minister, and he also noted that "Victory is considered to be an active element in this coalition."

Within the leaders' meetings for the events of the RCD Forum 2019 - Baghdad, a meeting was held with Al-Sheikh Qais Al-Khazali, the Secretary-General of the Asaib Ahl Al-Haq Movement. This meeting dealt with the most important points that the political process has gone through since the fall of the previous regime. Al-Khazali reviewed that by dividing the timeline into three main phases. The first one took place from the year 2003 until 2014, while the second one was from 2014 until 2018, and the last one began in 2019.

During the events of the RCD Forum 2019 - Baghdad; A dialogue session was held with the Sheikh Khamis Al-Khanjar, Secretary General of the Arab Project in Iraq, in which the Sheikh spoke of the most important issues that would reduce political tension, and move the country towards stability and reconstruction.
