Al-Rafidain Center for Dialogue (RCD) has held a discussion session entitled “Political Experience between Opposition and Exercising Power”, lectured by His Eminence Sheikh Hamid Malaa, Head of General Authority for National Wisdom Movement. Where he talked, during the session, about the nature of Iraqi political situation and pointed out to the three factors that influence it; the first is the international, the second is the regional, and the third, which Malaa considered the most important, is the local one.
