Al-Rafidain Center for Dialogue organized a panel discussion entitled: "Government Development Underperformance Problem" at its headquarters in the holy city of Najaf on Saturday, November 17, 2018. Where Dr. Kamal Al-Basri, Director of Iraq Institute for Economic Reform, has presented an analytical review of the government performance on developmental level, in the presence of Mr. Abdulrahman Issa, Assistant Secretary of Council of Ministers, and Dr. Adel Al-Baghdadi, Dean of Babylon University, along with an elite group of academics, intellectuals and clerics.

Al-Rafidain Center for Dialogue RCD held, at Al-Salam Hall at its headquarters in the holy city of Najaf, a panel discussion entitled “Constitutional Amendment as a Prelude to the Comprehensive Reform”, in which Mr. Diaa Al-Shakarchi delivered a lecture in presence of an elite group of politicians and academics. Mr. Diaa Al-Shakarji has provided a full explanation about the project of the amendment of constitution of 2005. He also introduced an initiative entitled “State of Citizenship Constitution for a Secular Democratic State.”

RCD has held a panel discussion entitled: "Religious Tourism: Maximizing Local and Federal Imports" in the holy city of Najaf. During the panel, Dr. Torhan Al-Mufti, Chairman of Higher Commission for Coordination between Provinces, Representative of Government at the Parliament, and Chairman of High Commission of Religious Tourism in Iraq, has delivered a lecture with the presence of an elite group of politics, academics, representatives of tourist committee, and Ministries of Interior and Foreign Affairs.
