The committee has formulated a practical plan to implement a comprehensive program, beginning with legislative reforms and proceeding with rigorous, fundamental measures aimed at rescuing the sector from its profound state of decline.

A delegation from Al-Rafidain Center for Dialogue (RCD) participated in the proceedings of the international scientific conference entitled "The Changing Dynamics of Energy, Environment, and Food Security in the Middle East." The conference was organized by the Center for Middle Eastern Studies (ORSAM) in collaboration with the Faculty of Political Science at Istanbul University in the Republic of Turkey, and was held from February 15 to 17, 2023.

Al-Rafidain Center for Dialogue (RCD), represented by its Executive Director, Professor Dr. Hassan Latif Al-Zubaidi, participated in a consultative session regarding the preparation of the National Human Development Report. The session was organized by the Iraqi Ministry of Planning in cooperation with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).

The event was held in the Warkaa Hall at the Guesthouse of the Prime Minister's Office, under the patronage of the Council for Competition and Anti-Monopoly Affairs and in cooperation with the Ministry of Trade and the Federation of Chambers of Commerce.
