Dr. Kamal Al-Basri: NGOs Must Take Their Role in the Process of Developing Social Capital
RCD organized a discussion session titled "The Problem of Poor Government Development Performance" at the headquarters of RCD in Najaf on Saturday Nov 17, 2018, in which Dr. Kamal Al-Basri, Director of the Iraqi Economic Institute, presented an analytical review of government performance at the level of development, in attendance of Rahman Issa, Assistant Secretary-General of the Council of Ministers, Dr. Adel Al-Baghdadi, President of the University of Babylon, and academics, intellectuals and clergy elites.

RCD Discusses the Role of the Sunni Component in Iraq after 2003
RCD organized, in its headquarters in the city of Najaf, a discussion session under the title "The position of the Sunni Component in Iraq towards Change after 2003 to 2018" on Tuesday Nov 13, 2018, where Dr. Sidiq Khalil Salih, dean of Al-Imam Al-A'azam College, and the advisor of Sunni Endowment, gave a lecture attended by a selection of political, academic and intellectual figures.
